READ -- IMPORTANT REUNION UPDATE *************************
To all who have paid the $125 dues in full, you
are all set and we look forward to seeing you. If you have questions
regarding your payment, please feel free to respond to this email.
We have a host of people who have only paid part of their dues ($50,
$75, or $100). By paying the initial installment, you went into the
headcount for the weekend. Therefore, you will not receive a refund
as your money has been used for deposits on venues, catering, dj’s,
food, drinks, staffing, etc.
Because you initially RSVP'd by paying the deposit, and we have not
received the remainder of your dues, we had to make some adjustments
that are fair to the entire group.
If you have paid $50, you will be granted admission to either the
Friday event, or the Saturday event. You may bring a guest and you
will receive your souvenirs. Since it can’t be refunded, we don’t
want you to throw away $50.
For those who have not paid, RSVP'd, or are just finding out about
the reunion, and want to attend one or two events, your admission
per event will be $45 does not include a guest. You may pay $75 per
event for you and a guest. These prices do not include souvenirs.
We are really sorry but souvenirs have already been ordered and will
only be available to those who have prepaid.
Last minute changes are very costly and inconvenient as it relates
to caterers' orders, renting space and preordering food at a
restaurant, food and alcohol for the house party, etc.
This last day to pay your dues has been extended to Friday May 29th,
2009. You may still pay the $125 in full if you wish to attend all 3
events. This includes you and a guest for Friday, Saturday, and
Sunday. Kids are welcome to come to Sunday's event.
Please visit www.NAH1999.com to make payments and to view the
reunion schedule. Please note that the $45 payment option will not
be available on the website until Saturday May 23rd. Mailed payments
must be, not posted marked, not mailed, but RECEIVED by Friday May
29th.
Regretfully, those who do not prepay will not be granted admission.

Description: Join the NAH class of 1999 for tapas and drinks to kick off the
weekend of festivities! Cover charge and tapas are covered by dues; everyone is
responsible for their own beverages.
Saturday, June 6th 2009: Old Fashioned House Party

Time: 9pm-3am
Description: House Party Class of ’99 style! Heavy Hors d'oeuvres, Open Bar, DJ,
Dance Floor, Pool Table, Games and more. Hosted by Eventions Atlanta; ALL
amenities covered by dues.
Sunday, June 7th 2009: BBQ/Picnic
Location: TBA
Description: Join us for good food, fellowship, and a special presentation
before we go our separate ways. Hosted by Raye’s Restaurant; food and beverages
covered by dues.
